Waffle Iron Cookies
1 C. Shortening (Crisco)
1 1/2 C. Sugar
4 Eggs
Pinch of Salt
2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Cocoa
2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix well and drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting.
Chocolate Frosting
1/2 stick of margarine
1/2 C. milk
2 Tbsp. Cocoa
Heat in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Add:
1 tsp. Vanila
1/2 to 1 bag of powdered sugar.
Mix well. Should be thick consistency so it doesn't run (almost like peanut butter).
